IAM Quick Start (System Mode)
This guide walks through managing platform administrators, domains, security policies, and sessions.
Prerequisites
- You need system administrator (System Admin) privileges
- You can launch the IAM app from the desktop
1. Review status
On the Home dashboard, review domain info, today's sign-ins and MFA adoption, user status (Total·Online·Disabled·Locked), and recent events at a glance.
2. Manage administrators & domains
On System administrators, create and delete administrator accounts; on Domains, create platform domains (a 3-step wizard: Basic information → Storage → Domain administrator).
3. Configure security policies
On Login / Token / MFA / Session policies, configure password/lockout, token lifetime, MFA enforcement/methods, and session policies, then Save.
4. Sessions & audit
On Active sessions, review active sessions and Terminate them if needed; on Event logs, review IAM events.
